Dear Meadowlark Families,
It is my pleasure to introduce myself as the Principal of Meadowlark Elementary School. I am honored to have the opportunity to work with a team of dedicated teachers and support staff, as well as be a part of a community that prides itself on its positive partnerships with its schools.
This is my thirty-fourth year in education and I am proud to have had served in various roles throughout those years. I have taught grades K-5, served as a counselor for grades K-7, and in the past few years, I have had the opportunity to serve in administrative roles. My heart will always be in the classroom, working with students and supporting teachers in their endeavor to give our students the best possible education.
Personally, I have 4 of my own kids. Two sons, Bryan (and his wife Emily), and Michael, and two daughters, Melissa and Allison. All of whom are in various stages of building their futures. I also have 2 wonderful grandchildren, Juliana and Roman, who really are the cutest! My husband, Rod, has worked for an aerospace/defense company for the past 30 years and is semi-retired.
I am looking forward to meeting every Meadowlark family and building a relationship that nurtures respect, kindness, and the love of learning. I am a firm believer in a strong school, home, and community relationship and trust that students benefit greatly knowing that we are working together for their success.
