Good evening Meadowlark Families! This is Mrs. Toledo with your Monday Message. Our first Super Scholar for this week exemplifies a thirst for knowledge and is a curator of ideas. Congratulations to Shelby Blane from Mrs. Chun’s class. Our next Super Scholar is from Miss Bowden’s class. This student is a hard-working scholar and is always ready to learn. Congratulations to Valeria Gonzalez. And we have one more Super Scholar this week, from Mrs. Jacobsohn's class. This student responsible, always tries her best and is a good friend to others. Congratulations to Normandie Roberts. All this week, PTO will be sponsoring a Santa’s Workshop on the stage in the MPR. Students can shop for well-priced items for family members and friends. Please use the gift guide envelope to insure that your child purchases the items that they actually want. Checks can be made out to PTO. Purchases can only be made during recess and lunch. This week, Meadowlark is hosting the Vasquez Soccer teams, as their home field is being re-seeded. Their games coincide with our dismissal so please be patient if the valet line is a little longer or you have difficulty finding parking. We appreciate you being a good example for our children and for your patience. This Friday, December 7th is a minimum day. All students will be dismissed at 12:45. Thank you for listening and have a good evening.

Good evening Meadowlark families. This is a special message to remind you to save the date for our annual winter concert. Our students have been working hard in music class and they are excited to share what they have learned. Our concert dates will be on December 11th and 12th. Tickets will be available at the door for $3 each. Taco dinner starts at 5:00 in the MPR with tickets available at the door. All purchases are cash or check only. The concert will begin at 6:30 and we ask that students arrive no later than 6:10 dressed in their holiday best. More details will be sent home with your child. We hope to see you on December 11th and/or 12th! Thank you for listening.
